Ordering Processing

All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. If the order is not received within the normal operating hours and/or days, the order will be processed on the next operating day.

Order Tracking

When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation number by email. You can check the status once item(s) are shipped. Tracking numbers are assigned and will be provided in a confirming email with a valid email address. With this number, you can track the status of your order online through the associated shipping carrier’s website.

Part Pricing

Orders are priced (in US dollars) in effect at the time of shipment. The website reflects the latest pricing information available at the time of publishing, which are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include federal, state and local sale, use excise and similar taxes that apply to Products, which customer will pay at the applicable rate.

Payment Terms

Payments on Patch1stripe.com are made through Paypal and full payment is required on purchase. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may still pay with a credit card on their website by selecting “Pay as a guest” or “Pay with a credit card”, or by speaking to a sales representative on the phone.

Sales tax will apply on all merchandise ordered in which billing address is in Kentucky. Shipments outside of Kentucky will not be charged sales tax; however you may be liable for local and state use tax in your delivery area. You are solely responsible for paying such tax to the appropriate tax authorities.

Shipping

Patch1stripe.com aims to initiate shipment and deliver the products as close as possible to a customer’s requested delivery date(s). Customer acknowledges that shipment and delivery dates provided by Patch1stripe.com are estimates only and that Patch1stripe.com will not be liable for failure to achieve such dates, especially in cases of shipping carrier delay. Delivery to a carrier will constitute delivery to customer, and risk of loss of or damage to the products will pass to customer at this point.

At this time, orders placed online are limited to the continental United States and Puerto Rico and will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service.

To prevent fraud, we do not deliver to third parties – only directly to the original purchaser.

If in stock, delivery of your items can take anywhere from 2 to 8 full business days, depending on your location and shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We cannot ship goods purchased online to P.O. Boxes. By default, we ship with Ground service or Priority for which we charge shipping and handling by weight anywhere in the continental U.S.

Returns

Repairing TV’s is no simple matter.   TV repair involves a lot of nuances and specialized knowledge of closed circuit systems where it can be extremely difficult to pinpoint the exact problem(s) despite what any “tech manual” or “tech support” may prescribe as a solution. When repairing a TV set new replacement parts can be damaged or contaminated due to multiple problems that may exist with a unit. Therefore, in an effort to provide you with quality replacement parts that you can have confidence in while making your repairs and to eliminate the possibility of contaminating our stock with bad parts – we do not accept returns on electronic replacement parts.   Email us at Patch1stripe@outlook.com to initiate a return on non-electrical parts.
