Are your parts new or used?

The parts we sell are new. We reclaimed parts from new TVs with LCD panels damaged during shipping from regional warehouses to stores.

Do you sell replacement TV screens or panels?

Sorry, we don’t sell replacement TV LCD panels. Replacement TV panels are not economical to replace. It is cheaper to replace the tv.

There's a part that I really need but you don't currently have it in-stock. When can I expect that part to be available?

Call us or use the contact section on the site to let us know what part you are searching to find. There are many parts in our inventory that are not listed yet. So, it is always possible we have those hard-to-find parts you are searching to purchase.


Do your TV Stands come with screws?

Screws will be supplied with all replacement tv stand purchases.

I found a TV stand on your site that looks similar to the TV stand I need. How do I know for sure that stand will fit my TV?

We list our TV stands by TV model number and part numbers. Please, contact us. We will be glad to help.

How do I search for a TV part?

We recommend you search by part number or TV model number. Then navigate to find your specific part. If you need assistance finding your part number, contact us via email at [email protected] and, we will be glad to assist you.


Do I need a customer account to make a purchase?

No. You can check out as a guest. We recommend that you create an account. We Do Not give your contact information to third parties and, PayPal Do Not provide any personal financial information to us. Your order is Secure and Safe!

How do I set-up a customer account?

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through the secure third-party payment gateway supplier PayPal only!  As a result, we do not acquire or store your financial information.


Do you ship internationally?

No, not at present.

What carriers do you use and how will I receive notification that my order was shipped?

We use USPS (United States Postal Service). We ship priority mail. At the time of shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email.

When are purchases processed and shipped out?

All orders are processed and shipped in two to three business days (Monday – Friday). All orders placed on a weekend or a holiday will are, shipped out the next business day of the following week.

RETURNS is primarily a replacement part supplier for certified TV repair technicians and TV repair shops. However, we understand that individual DIYer have the desire to save cost on TV repairs. With that being said we will serve all parties under the following conditions:

Repairing TVs is no simple matter. TV repair involves nuances and specialized knowledge of closed-circuit systems. It can is difficult locating the exact problem(s) despite what any tech manual or tech support may prescribe as a solution. When repairing a TV, new replacement parts can be damaged or contaminated due to multiple problems that may exist. In our effort to provide you with quality replacement parts that you can have confidence in while making your repairs and to eliminate the possibility of contaminating our stock with bad parts – we do not accept returns on any electronic replacement part.

Can I replace one of these parts by myself?

By accepting or purchasing any parts from, you acknowledge that is not liable for any possible damages or injuries that may result from the process of repairing your TV. There are no instructions supplied with our parts. It is up to you, the purchaser, to be qualified to take the necessary safety precautions in repairing your TV.
